Privacy Policy
Lara Imoowo | Personal Ministry and Coaching
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Juliana “Lara” Imoowo handles personal information collected through her personal ministry and coaching forms, communications and services. It does not replace the separate policies of TREM Los Angeles or Women of Wealth Fellowship Global.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, gender, location, selected interests, prayer requests, testimonies and coaching inquiries. If you receive coaching, we may also keep appointment details, agreed goals and relevant session notes.
Please share only what is necessary. Avoid including medical records, financial account details or identifying information about other people without their permission.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to requests, provide ministry or coaching support, arrange appointments and maintain relevant records. With your permission, we may send ministry updates, Bible study invitations, prayer reminders or coaching information.
Submitting a prayer request does not automatically subscribe you to coaching promotions. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize automated marketing texts.
Privacy and sharing
Prayer requests and coaching information are treated as private. Access is limited to Lara and authorized people who need the information to provide the support you requested. We will ask permission before publicly sharing an identifiable prayer request or testimony, or referring your details to TREM, WOW or another organization.
We use FishFlow to manage forms, contacts and follow-up. Technology providers supporting communication, scheduling, storage or payments may process information to deliver those services. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services. Information may be processed outside your country.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address a serious safety risk. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality.
Your choices
You may decline optional updates or withdraw permission for future messages. Use an email’s unsubscribe option or contact us. If text messaging is enabled and you opt in, you may reply STOP to opt out.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records for legal obligations, financial recordkeeping or resolving disputes.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
